Return Policy

Merchandise purchased online can be returned within 30 days of the purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. For items shipped directly to your delivery address, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within a 24-hour timeframe if your merchandise is damaged or incorrect. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that all items will be inspected for defective returns, and if any defect is found, the product will not be accepted for return. Please be aware that truck delivery charges will be excluded when refunding products.

In the event that you receive incorrect items in your delivery, we will deliver the correct items and arrange for the incorrect items to be picked up at no cost to you. All incorrect or return items must be unopened and complete in their original factory packaging. Items that show signs of use or installation will not be accepted for return.

If you decide to return items for any reason, please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping the merchandise. You are responsible for shipping the merchandise at your own cost to the store in order to receive your refund, returns, or exchange.

HG reserves the right to request valid identification before accepting a return request. We also reserve the right to refuse or limit acceptance of merchandise returns for any reason at any time. Please note that we will only accept return requests for merchandise purchased from HG.

HG also reserves the right to cancel your return request due to specific reasons. Special orders and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All other returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Please clarify the restocking fee with our customer service representative before placing your order.

Items that come with a warranty are covered by HG for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After that, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted for materials that have been left in outdoor environments and subsequently damaged or rendered unsellable.
